VernonTGerzen.com is the home to my portfolio. I am a Web Developer living and working out of Southern California, but not limited to. I am always looking for a new challenge and enjoy growth stimulated by my peers through constructive critiscism. I am constantly looking for inspiration in life around me. From the light pole covered in amateur sticker creations to the Museum of Art in Balboa Park. I believe that Design, no matter the medium is inspired by everything around us.
My work is created primarily with Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver (hand-coded, NO WYSIWYG) with aid from iTunes (for shear sanity purposes you have to have music), a wonder tonic Yerba Mate and the girlfriend who makes sure you eat every once in a while.
I am always looking for creative people to collaborate with. Design should not be limited to one person's viewpoint or creative abilities but we should be pushing the envelope by looking for help and direction through the inspiration of others as well as seeking to inspire any one who views our work.
